We don't list across dozens of platforms — our portfolio stays small on purpose. Access is through direct booking or referral, so every guest who arrives is one we know something about before they walk through the door.

Every booking comes with our concierge team as standard — not an add-on. Guests are welcomed with fresh linen, premium toiletries and a welcome pack. One point of contact, on call for the length of your stay, arranges private chefs, cars, reservations and tickets whenever you need them.

From a weekend to a season. Short stays are priced nightly; anything over a month is arranged on request, with terms tailored to the length of your visit.

Through a rigorous onboarding and vetting process — of both the owner and the property itself — before it joins the collection, and again before every arrival. All photography is our own — no filters, no stock images, no surprises at the door.
